Foods useful in controlling blood pressure
Potassium, magnesium and fiber can help control blood pressure. Fruits and vegetables are rich in potassium, magnesium and fiber and are low in sodium. Fruit juice is less beneficial than fruit itself because it does not contain fruit fiber. Also, nuts, seeds and nuts, legumes, lean meat and chicken are rich sources of magnesium.
